Refund and Cancellation Policy

We strive to give you the very best shopping experience possible. However, considering that opened or damaged products cannot be reused, we cannot accept exchange or return of opened or used products once sold or delivered.

Shipping and Delivery

Purchases are shipped from our respective warehouse by reputed logistics service providers. Please allow following number of days for delivery from receipt of your order.

Domestic orders – All domestic orders are processed within 1 business day (except for Public Holidays & Sundays). You can expect delivery of the order within 3-5 business days

ORDER DELIVERIES WILL BE MADE BETWEEN 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Monday – Saturday. Excluding public holidays

Domestic Orders: We ship products throughout India and all orders qualify for free domestic shipping, except free trial orders.

Returns and Refunds

In case of damage or quality issue with the product, we can only exchange the product if reported within the specified timeline as mentioned below:

• If you receive a Tampered or Damaged product, please inform our Customer Care within 24 hours of receipt, with supporting Images and Video, so we can address your concern at the earliest.
• For any product quality complaints, please contact our Customer Care within 7 days of your order delivery.

Tottagatti is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered; under our Exchange / Returns Policy.

Exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition and in their original packaging, in an undamaged condition and subject to following terms –

• Returns and exchanges requests will be subject to checking and vetting by Tottagatti in between 7 working days.
• No Refund shall be made once goods are sold accept it is damage while shipping and checked by our team.
• Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the product you purchase.

Tottagatti may, at any time due to various reasons, including but not limited to technical errors, unavailability of stocks or for any other reasons whatsoever, cancel the orders placed by Users. Tottagatti’s decision of cancellation of order shall be final and Tottagatti shall not be liable for such cancellation(s) whatsoever;

Expected delivery time as mentioned on website may vary than the usual time of delivery;

Tottagatti strives to provide accurate products, services and pricing information, typographical and other errors may occur. In the event that a product or service is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product or service information, Tottagatti may, at its discretion, either contact User for instructions or cancel the User’s order and will notify the User about such cancellation;

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Tottagatti

There may be certain orders that Tottagatti is unable to accept and must cancel. Tottagatti reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason whatsoever, without assigning any reason to the User, User accept and undertake that the same is acceptable and he/ she/ it will not contest/ raise any dispute on the same.

The situations that may result in cancellation of User’s order includes, without limitation:

• Non-availability of the product or quantities ordered by User
• Non-availability of the service
• Inaccuracies or errors in pricing information
• Problems identified by Tottagatti’s credit and fraud avoidance department

Tottagatti may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Tottagatti will contact the User if all or any portion of User’s order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept the User’s order.

If the order is cancelled after credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in User’s credit card account.

Cancellation by the User

In case of requests for order cancellations, Tottagatti, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason whatsoever, without assigning any reason to the User.

As part of usual business practice, if Tottagatti receives a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed/ approved by Tottagatti, Tottagatti shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount to User within a reasonable period of time.

Tottagatti will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed. It is pertinent to note that Tottagatti has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not.

User hereby agrees and undertakes that the decision taken by Tottagatti is acceptable and User shall not create any dispute on the decision taken by Tottagatti on cancellation.

Bulk Order Policy

Tottagatti reserves the right to cancel any orders that classify as ‘Bulk Order’ as determined by Tottagatti as per certain criteria.

Tottagatti Reward Point or Promo Code used for placing the ‘Bulk Order’ will not be refunded as per this cancellation policy.

An order can be classified as ‘Bulk Order’ if it meets the following criteria:

1. Products ordered are not for self-consumption but for commercial resale.
2. Multiple orders placed for same product at the same address.
3. Bulk quantity of the same product ordered.
4. Invalid address given in order details.
5. Any malpractice used to place the order.

Refund Process

• If paid by credit / debit card, net banking, E-wallets, refunds will be issued to the same account used at the time of purchase.
• In case of payment gateway transactions, refund will be made to the same account.
• In case of COD (Cash On Delivery), you will be requested to share your bank account details via email through a secured transaction.

The refund will be processed in 7-10 working days.
